Modified EDFR definition

Modified EDFR means a reference rate equal to the EDFR plus the EDFR Spread;
Modified EDFR means a reference rate equal to the EDFR plus the EDFR Spread; “Observation Look-Back Period” is as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement; and
Modified EDFR means the sum of (i) the Eurosystem Deposit Facility Rate and (ii) the EDFR Spread.

More Definitions of Modified EDFR

Modified EDFR means a rate equal to the Eurosystem Deposit Facility Rate plus the EDFR Spread;
Modified EDFR means a reference rate equal to the EDFR plus the EDFR Spread as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent.
Modified EDFR means in respect of any relevant day (including any day “i”), a rate equal to EDFR in respect of that day, plus the EDFR Spread.
