Moderate Income Family means one or more natural
Moderate Income Family means a Family whose Household Income is less than or equal to eighty percent (80%) of the Family-size Adjusted AMI.
Moderate Income Family means a family (as so defined) whose combined income does not exceed eighty percent (80%) of the median household income for the Madison Metropolitan Statistical Area (Dane County) for such number of persons, as determined from time to time by the Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") or any successor agency.

More Definitions of Moderate Income Family

Moderate Income Family means persons and families whose income does not exceed one hundred percent (100%) of the area median income, adjusted for family size, as determined, from time to time, by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. However, homeownership income limits shall be determined in accordance with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority’s guidelines.
Moderate Income Family means a family whose income is in excess of 80 percent but less than 140 percent of the median income for the area. For purposes of this section, the term “housing” is not limited to single-family, detached dwellings. The rate of the surtax shall not exceed the rate of 45 cents for each $100 or fractional part thereof of the consideration therefor. Such surtax shall apply only to those documents taxable under s. 201.02, except that there shall be no surtax on any document pursuant to which the interest granted, assigned, transferred, or conveyed involves only a single-family residence. Such single-family residence may be a condominium unit, a unit held through stock ownership or membership representing a proprietary interest in a corporation owning a fee or a leasehold initially in excess of 98 years, or a detached dwelling.

Gross income shall not be diminished as a result of the Security Instrument or the creation of any intervening estate or interest in the Property or any part thereof.

  • Net Income (Loss) means with respect to any Person and for any period, the aggregate net income (or loss) after taxes of such Person for such period, determined in accordance with GAAP.

Ongoing expenses include offering and organizational expenses of the Partnership. No Incentive Fee shall be paid to the Advisor until the end of the first full calendar quarter of the Advisor’s trading for the Partnership, which fee shall be based on New Trading Profits (if any) earned from the commencement of trading by the Advisor on behalf of the Partnership through the end of the first full calendar quarter of such trading. Interest income earned, if any, shall not be taken into account in computing New Trading Profits earned by the Advisor. If Net Assets of the Partnership allocated to the Advisor are reduced due to redemptions, distributions or reallocations (net of additions), there shall be a corresponding proportional reduction in the related loss carryforward amount that must be recouped before the Advisor is eligible to receive another Incentive Fee.
