Prehearing conference means a proceeding scheduled and conduc- ted by a hearing officer to address issues in preparation for a formal administrative hearing.
Conference means all activities associated with any functions, room rentals, and/or meals on the dates indicated, that are the subject of this Agreement, as described on the Standard Agreement Coversheet form.
JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.
Conference of the Parties means the Conference of the Parties to the Convention;
JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
JMC has the meaning given in Section 4.13;
Meetings means the meetings of Affected Unsecured Creditors in the Unsecured Creditor Classes in respect of each Participating CCAA Party called for the purposes of considering and voting in respect of the Plan, which has been set by the Amended and Restated Meetings Order to take place at the times, dates and locations as set out in the Amended and Restated Meetings Order;
JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Investigating Committee means any Officer/Committee appointed by Competent Authority to conduct investigation.
Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;
Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.
Post-observation conference means a meeting, either in-person or remotely, between the supervisor who conducted the observation and the teaching staff member for the purpose of evaluation to discuss the data collected in the observation.
Ministerial Council means the Ministerial Council established by Part III.
Professional Conduct Committee means the professional conduct committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(2)(b);
Investigators means those persons authorised, appointed, consulted or approached by the Chairman of the Audit Committee and includes the Auditors of the Company and the Police.
Canadian Audio Conferencing For Audio Conferencing Dial Out and Toll Free Meet-Me Access (1) originating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminating in Canada, and (2) originating in Canada and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Discussion means an exchange of information to promote understanding of a City’s agency's requirements and offeror's proposal and to facilitate arriving at a contract that will be the best value to the City. Discussions are not permissible in competitive sealed bidding, except to the extent permissible in the first phase of multi-step sealed bidding to determine the acceptability of technical offers. [HAR 3-122-1]
Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Ministerial Action shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Contact means a communication, direct or indirect, between an athlete agent and a student athlete, to recruit or solicit the student athlete to enter into an agency contract.
Guardian ad litem program means a court-authorized volunteer program, which is or may be established by the superior court of the county in which such proceeding is filed, to manage all aspects of volunteer guardian ad litem representation for children alleged or found to be dependent. Such management shall include but is not limited to: Recruitment, screening, training, supervision, assignment, and discharge of volunteers.
Conference center means a facility that:
Credential means a valid credential, life diploma, permit, or document in special education or pupil personnel services issued by, or under the jurisdiction of, the State Board of Education if issued prior to 1970 or the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, which entitles the holder thereof to perform services for which certification qualifications are required as defined in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations section 3001(g).
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Review means a financial or operational audit, investigation, inspection or other form of review requested or required by the LHIN under the terms of LHSIA or this Agreement, but does not include the annual audit of the HSP’s financial statements;
