Third Party Payments means the payment made through instruments issued from an account other than that of the beneficiary investor mentioned in the application form. However, in case of payments from a joint bank account, the first named applicant/investor has to be one of the joint holders of the bank account from which payment is made.

Third Party Payors means Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, private insurers and any other Person which presently or in the future maintains Third Party Payor Programs.
Third Party Payor means any governmental entity, insurance company, health maintenance organization, professional provider organization or similar entity that is obligated to make payments on any Account.
Sublicense Revenue means any payments or other consideration that CTI actually receives from a Sublicensee as consideration for the grant of a Sublicense, including, without limitation, milestone payments, license fees, license maintenance fees and equity. Sublicense Revenue excludes (i) purchases of equity or debt of TGTX, (ii) payments made for GTX’s performance of any research, Development, or Commercialization of any Licensed Product, (iii) (b) royalties on Net Sales (or, in the case of a profit sharing deal structure, shares of net profits) which are covered in Section 5.9, and (iv) any payment or reimbursement of any costs or expenses incurred by TGTX for filing, prosecution, maintenance, or defense of any DFCI Patents. In the event such consideration received from a Sublicensee is not cash, Sublicense Revenue shall be calculated by TGTX based on the fair market value of such consideration, at the time of the transaction, assuming an arm’s length transaction made in the odinary course of business.
Third Party Royalties means any royalties or license fees owing to a Third Party attributable to the manufacture, use or sale of Products and in consideration of a license under any patent which such Product would otherwise infringe.
Sublicense Revenues means all revenue, in whatever form but excluding sublicense royalties, earned by the Licensee in consideration of its granting a Third Party a sublicense to make a Licensed Product including, without limitation, receipt of annual milestone attainment, sublicense issuance, maintenance or up-front payments, or technology access fee; and issuance of securities or real, personal or intangible property.
Sublicense Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 below.
Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
Minimum Payments $50 (with respect to all funds in the aggregate.) No payment pursuant to this Schedule is payable to a dealer, bank or other service provider for the first year with respect to sales of $1 million or more, at no load, in cases where A I M Distributors, Inc. has advanced the service fee to the dealer, bank or other service provider.
Royalty Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1.
Milestone Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Sublicensing Revenue means all (i) cash, (ii) sublicensing fees and (iii) all other payments and the cash equivalent thereof, which are paid to LICENSEE by the Sublicensees of its rights hereunder, but excluding the following payments:
Third Party Payor Programs means all third party payor programs in which Tenant presently or in the future may participate, including, without limitation, Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, Managed Care Plans, other private insurance programs and employee assistance programs.
Unallowable Costs has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code Part 7000.
Allowable Expense means a necessary, reasonable and customary item of expense for health care, which is: • covered at least in part under one or more plans covering the person for whom the claim is made; and • incurred while this plan is in force. When a plan provides healthcare coverage in the form of services, the reasonable cash value of each service is considered as both an allowable expense and a benefit paid. Vision care services covered under other plans are not considered an allowable expense under this plan. PLAN means any of the following that provides benefits or services for medical, pharmacy, or dental care treatment. If separate contracts are used to provide coordinated coverage for members of a group, the separate contracts are considered parts of the same plan and there is no COB among those separate contracts.
Sales Revenue means receipts from the sale, lease, or rental of goods, services, or property;
Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.
Third Party Proceeds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.9(a).
Third Party Funds means any segregated accounts or funds, or any portion thereof, received by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as agent on behalf of third parties in accordance with a written agreement that imposes a duty upon Borrower or one or more of its Subsidiaries to collect and remit those funds to such third parties.
License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.
Event Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(d).
Contingent Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).
Net Sales Revenue shall have the meaning as set out in Schedule "A"
Allowable Expenses means any necessary, reasonable and customary item of expense at least a portion of which is covered under at least one of the Health Benefit Plans covering the person for whom claim is made. When a Health Benefit Plan provides benefits in the form of coverage for services, the reasonable cash value of each service rendered shall be deemed to be both an Allowable Expense and a benefit paid.
