Minimum Milestone definition

Minimum Milestone means the Harley Dome EBITDA generated (a) during the First Measurement Period exceeds $1,500,000, (b) during the Second Measurement Period exceeds $3,000,000 or (c) during the Third Measurement Period exceeds $4,500,000.
Minimum Milestone means the ORL Equipment EBITDA generated (a) during the 2014 Measurement Period exceeds $2,750,000, (b) during the 2015 Measurement Period exceeds $5,500,000 or (c) during the 2016 Measurement Period exceeds $8,250,000.
Minimum Milestone means the UB EBITDA generated (a) during the 2014 Measurement Period exceeds $500,000, or (b) during the 2015 Measurement Period exceeds $500,000.

A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Minimum Payment means the amount of minimum payment as stated in the Fee Schedule;

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.

  • Milestone Failure means a failure by the Grant Recipient fully to achieve any Milestone by the relevant Milestone Date;

  • Minimum Threshold means the average daily yield on the 10 Year Treasury Note (as reported in the Bloomberg GT10 index) over the Award Period.

  • Additional Accelerated Purchase Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to an Additional Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof, any minimum per share price threshold set forth in the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Notice.

  • Milestone Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
