MHR Notes means those certain 11% Senior Secured Convertible Notes from time to time outstanding in the name of MHR Capital Partners (100) LP, MHR Capital Partners Master Account LP, MHR Institutional Partners II LP and/or MHR Institutional Partners IIA LP.
