Secured Party Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit H.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Servicer Termination Notice Defined in Section 6.15.
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance means the Certificate to be filed by the Owner with the Administrator, on behalf of the Issuer, and the Trustee pursuant to Section 4(f) hereof, which shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Owner, or as otherwise approved by the Issuer.
Termination Letter has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(b).
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).
Certificate of Termination Demand means a certificate substantially in the form of Annex C to any Multi-Series Letter of Credit.
Notice of Replacement Subordination Agent has the meaning specified in Section 3.08.
Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].
Special Termination Notice means the Notice of Special Termination substantially in the form of Annex VII to this Agreement.
Resignation Letter means a letter substantially in the form set out in Schedule 7 (Form of Resignation Letter).
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
Account Designation Letter means a letter from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, duly completed and signed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, listing any one or more accounts to which the Borrower may from time to time request the Administrative Agent to forward the proceeds of any Loans made hereunder.
Indemnification Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3(a).
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank.
Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).
Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Final Acceptance Certificate “– shall mean ISR's issuance of a signed Final Acceptance Certificate in the form attached hereto as Appendix D.
Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).
Property Notice means any order, notice, proposal, demand or other requirement issued by any competent authority (including the Landlord) which materially affects the Academy Trust’s ability to use the Land for the purposes of the Academy. Restrictions on Land transfer
Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6(c).
