Meteorological Equipment definition

Meteorological Equipment means the instruments and equipment that meet those specifications set forth in Exhibit L, as may be modified by SCE from time to time to reflect the CAISO’s PIRP/EIRP protocol.

Meteorological Equipment means Klystron and TWT-based Doppler weather radar systems known as the Triton Doppler Radar Series the technology for which was acquired by Radtec from Xxxxxxxx pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement between the parties dated December 8, 1999.

Examples of Meteorological Equipment in a sentence
