Metanor Gold Contract definition

Metanor Gold Contract means the Gold Purchase Contract dated as of January 14, 2011 between Metanor Resources Inc. and the Borrower.

  • CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;

  • Multimodal transport operator means the person on whose behalf the bill of lading/multimodal transport document, or any other document evidencing a contract of multimodal carriage of goods, is issued and who is responsible for the carriage of goods pursuant to the contract of carriage.

  • Supply contract means a contract under which a lessor buys or leases goods to be leased.

  • Training Contract means a contract or an agreement for a Traineeship made between the Employer and an Employee to whom this Agreement applies, and that is registered with the relevant State or Territory Training Authority.

  • Connection Contract means a contract under which Distributed Generation is connected to the Network entered into by the Distributor and a Distributed Generator in accordance with Part 6 of the Code, and, for the purposes of this Agreement, the Distributor and a Distributed Generator are deemed to have entered into a Connection Contract if the regulated terms in Part 6 of the Code apply;

  • Company IP Contract means any Contract to which the Company is a party or by which the Company is bound, that contains any assignment or license of, or covenant not to assert or enforce, any Intellectual Property Right or that otherwise relates to any Company IP or any Intellectual Property developed by, with, or for the Company.

  • Open Contract means a Contract which has not been closed out and which has not yet matured;
