Proposed Contract definition

Proposed Contract means a contract negotiated by a contracting unit pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1985, c.38 (C.13:1E-136 et al.);
Proposed Contract means the agreement and any other terms and conditions contained in or referred to in Part C of this RFT.
Proposed Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
