Examples of Mental or Nervous Disorder in a sentence
This specifically includes, but is not limited to, any medical condition, sickness, Injury, Illness, disease, Mental Illness, or Mental or Nervous Disorder for which medical advice, diagnosis, care, or Treatment was recommended or received or for which a reasonably prudent person would have sought Treatment during the 60-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date of Coverage under this Certificate.
For purposes of this provision, Mental Health Facility means a facility licensed in the jurisdiction in which it is located to provide care and treatment for a Mental or Nervous Disorder or Disease.
Mental or Nervous Disorder does not include: Alzheimer's disease, P▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ disease, or similar forms of senility or irreversible dementia.
Mental or Nervous Disorder - Neurosis, psychoneurosis, psychopathy, psychosis, or mental or emotional disease or disorder.
