Inherited Metabolic Disorder definition

Inherited Metabolic Disorder means a disease caused by an inherited abnormality of body chemistry that meets all of the following requirements:

  • Any action that may be taken by vote of the stockholders may be taken without a meeting on written consent, setting forth the action so taken, signed by the holders of all the outstanding shares entitled to vote thereon.

  • Lactose intolerance without a diagnosis of Galactosemia and diabetes is not an Inherited Metabolic Disorder under this Plan.
