Inherited Metabolic Disorder definition

Inherited Metabolic Disorder means a disease caused by an inherited abnormality of body chemistry that meets all of the following requirements:
Inherited Metabolic Disorder means a disease caused by an inherited abnormality of body chemistry and includes a disease tested under the newborn screening program as prescribed by Arizona statute. Medical Foods means modified low protein foods and metabolic formula.
Inherited Metabolic Disorder means a disease caused by an inherited abnormality of body chemistry and includes a disease tested under the newborn screening program prescribed in section 36‑694.

  • Lactose intolerance without a diagnosis of Galactosemia and diabetes is not an Inherited Metabolic Disorder under this Plan.
