If the Parties agree on a Medicinal Chemistry Services Plan, notwithstanding anything to the contrary therein, Sections 3.1 (Research Plan), 3.4 (Subcontracting), and 3.5 (Research Funding) will apply to such Medicinal Chemistry Services.
