Medical Staff President definition

Medical Staff President means the Active Member who serves as chief administrative officer of the Medical Staff.
Medical Staff President means a physician member of the Active Medical Staff elected by the Medical Advisory Board, subject to review and approval by the Managing Board. The duties and authority of the President shall be as set forth in Articles VII and VIII of these Bylaws. In the Medical Staff President’s absence all duties and responsibilities of the President shall be held by the Chairman of the Managing Board.
