The Board of Trustees shall delegate to the organized Medical Staff overall responsibility for overseeing the quality of the professional services provided by all individuals with clinical privileges at the hospital, together with the responsibility to account regularly thereon to the Board of Trustees by the President of the Medical Staff (or his/her designee) as an ex- officio member of the Board, and by others at the request of the Board or of the Medical Staff President.
