Medical Marijuana Establishments located and operating within Waterville under and in compliance with Maine’s Medical Marijuana laws and regulations on or before December 13, 2018, who file applications for an Adult Use or Medical Marijuana Establishment license for locations that they currently operate within and have continuously operated within since December 13, 2018, are exempt from subsection 5 of this Section.
