McCormick Place definition

McCormick Place means the McCormick Place Complex®, the world class multi-purpose convention and meeting facility consisting of the Energy Center, Lakeside Center, North, South and West Buildings, the Arie Crown Theater®, and the Corporate Center. The term “McCormick Place” does not include the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel and/or any facilities not built at the time of execution of this agreement.
McCormick Place means the McCormick Place Complex® which is a world class, multi-purpose convention and meeting facility consisting of the Lakeside Center, North, South and West buildings, the Arie Crown Theater® and the Corporate Center.
McCormick Place means the complex known as McCormick Place Campus, which is under the jurisdiction of the MPEA. The term “McCormick Place” includes the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel, the McCormick Place Event Center and the Marriott Marquis Chicago Hotel.

  • McCormick Place | OVG360, however, reserves the right to waive any or all informalities when it considers a waiver to be in its and the public's best interest.

  • In addition to all other basis for rejection, any Bidder found to have falsified any information to McCormick Place| OVG360 in relation to this or any other procurement, or which has been barred from doing business with the Authority, the City of Chicago or State of Illinois, or which has been convicted of a felony related to procurement contracting with any unit of government, may be rejected.

Related to McCormick Place

  • B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

  • CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.

  • Lake means a natural or man-made impoundment of water with more than one acre of water surface area at the high water level.

  • EMMA means the Electronic Municipal Market Access system as described in 1934 Act Release No. 59062 and maintained by the MSRB for purposes of the Rule.
