Seller’s failure to meet the requirements of a World Class Supplier is a basis for Purchaser’s immediate termination of the Order under Section 17.A.
Each reference to World Class Supplier in these Terms and Conditions and in any other document or agreement between Purchaser and Seller incorporates by reference each of the foregoing elements (cost, quality, delivery, technology and customer support) and all of the conditions, provisions and requirements pertaining to such elements in these Terms and Conditions.
