Maximum Exposure Amount definition

Maximum Exposure Amount means, at any time for each Lender, the sum of (a) the unfunded Commitment held by such Lender at such time; plus (b) the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the Note held by such Lender at such time, (with the aggregate amount of such Lender’s risk participation and funded participation in the Letter of Credit Exposure (including any such Letter of Credit Exposure that has been reallocated pursuant to Section 2.16) being deemed as unpaid principal under such Lender’s Note).
Maximum Exposure Amount means, at any time for each Lender, the sum of (a) the unfunded US Commitment and Canadian Commitment held by such Lender at such time, if any, plus (b) the US Outstandings held by such Lender at such time (with the aggregate amount of such Lender's risk participation and funded participation in the Letter of Credit Obligations and Swing Line Advances being deemed "held" by such Lender for purposes of this definition), plus (c) the Canadian Outstandings held by such Lender at such time.
Maximum Exposure Amount means, at any time for each Lender, the sum of (a) the unfunded US Commitment and Canadian Commitment held by such Lender at such time, if any, plus (b) the Total Outstandings held by such Lender at such time (with the aggregate amount of such Lender’s risk participation and funded participation in the Letter of Credit Obligations and Swingline Advances being deemed “held” by such Lender for purposes of this definition).
