Course Fees definition

Course Fees means the Tuition Fees and the Non-Tuition Fees.

Examples of Course Fees in a sentence

  • The Student should be informed in writing of alternative study arrangements (if any), and also be entitled to a refund of the entire Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees already paid should the Student decide to withdraw, within seven (7) working days of the above notice.

  • The Course Fees payable are set out in Schedule B and the optional Miscellaneous Fees in Schedule C.

  • The Student’s Pass application is rejected by Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).The Student should be informed in writing of alternative study arrangements (if any), and also be entitled to a refund of the entire Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees already paid should the Student decide to withdraw, within seven (7) working days of the above notice.

  • Student terminates the Course before the Course Completion Date; The Student should be informed in writing of alternative study arrangements (if any), and also be entitled to a refund of the entire Course Fees already paid should the Student decide to withdraw, within twenty-one (21) working days of the above notice.

  • In addition to the Course Fees, the miscellaneous fees set out in Schedule 2.2 may be payable by the Student (the “Miscellaneous Fees”).


More Definitions of Course Fees

Course Fees means the amounts that are due and payable by a Student for enrolment of Course.

In the event of non-payment of Course Fees, the Student’s enrolment may be affected.
