Matters Reserved to the Constituent Authorities definition

Matters Reserved to the Constituent Authorities a matter which will have to be referred to each Constituent Authority for decision (having regard to any recommendation to be made thereon by the Joint Governance Committee) until the matter has been determined by all of the Constituent Authorities. If the Constituent Authorities fail to reach the same decision in respect of such matter then the matter shall be referred under clause 36 (Dispute Resolution) as a dispute for resolution, and such matters are identified in Schedule 2.
Matters Reserved to the Constituent Authorities means a matter identified in Schedule 2, which will have to be referred to each Constituent Authority for decision (having regard to any recommendation to be made thereon by the Joint Governance Committee). Such matter requiring a decision shall not be dealt with by the Joint Governance Committee until the matter has been determined by all of the Constituent Authorities. If the Constituent Authorities fail to reach a unanimous decision in respect of such matter then the matter shall be referred under clause 36 (Alternative Dispute Resolution) as a dispute for resolution.
