Reserved Matters definition

Reserved Matters means those matters as indicated in schedule 1;
Reserved Matters means the matters that the Directors have determined will not be delegated and will be dealt with exclusively by them;
Reserved Matters has the meaning given in Clause ‎5.1.2.
