Mastercard Interchange Fees definition

Mastercard Interchange Fees means, in respect of a day, the aggregate amount of fees paid or payable to the Seller on such day in respect of all Mastercard Accounts from other financial institutions that clear Mastercard transactions for merchants after any netting or set-off occurs; as the basis for calculating the same may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Nothing in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement will limit the ability of the Seller from time to time in its sole discretion, to voluntarily increase or decrease the rate used to calculate amounts receivable or payable in respect of MasterCard Interchange Fees, VISA Interchange Fees or Other Interchange Fees.

  • Interchange means the electronic exchange of Data between the Parties using the Adopted Protocol;

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • Data Processing Agreement means the data processing agreement located at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/[countrycode]/legal/dpa, where “[countrycode]” means the two-letter abbreviation for the country where your Stripe Account is located.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:

  • Debit Card Transaction means an electronic payment using a Card for the purchase of goods or services (which can include payment for CashBack), by a Cardholder, to a Retailer displaying the Visa logo and/or who is in the Visa Scheme.

  • Credit Card Receivables means each “payment intangible” (as defined in the UCC) together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor to a Loan Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Loan Party on credit or debit cards issued by such Credit Card Issuer in connection with the sale of goods by a Loan Party, or services performed by a Loan Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.

  • account information service means an online service to provide consolidated information on one or more payment accounts held by the payment service user with either another payment service provider or with more than one payment service provider;

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.
