Market Street AAR. That certain Assignment, Assumption and Recognition Agreement, made and entered into as of December 30, 2004, among EMC, the Trustee, EverHome and Market Street.

Public street means a public right-of-way, including a public highway, public avenue, public boulevard, public parkway, public road, public lane, public alley, public viaduct, public subway, public tunnel, public bridge, public byway, other public transportation easement, or other public way.
Parkway means the area between a sidewalk and the curb or traffic lane. It may be planted or unplanted, and with or without pedestrian egress.

NC means North Carolina
LaSalle LaSalle Bank National Association or its successor in interest.
NV means Nevada
TX means Texas
Street or “highway” means the entire width between property lines of every way or place of whatever nature when any part thereof is open to the use of the public, as a matter of right, for purposes of vehicular traffic.

Lane means a public thoroughfare which provides a secondary means of access to a parcel or parcels and which is registered in a land titles office;
