Majority Warburg Investors definition

Majority Warburg Investors means the Warburg Investors that Own a majority of the Shares Owned by all Warburg Investors (calculated on an As Converted Basis). Unless the context otherwise requires, any action required to be taken by the Warburg Investors hereunder may be taken by the Majority Warburg Investors.
Majority Warburg Investors means the Warburg Investors holding a majority of the then outstanding Registrable Securities then held by the Warburg Investors.
