Major Check definition

Major Check means any C Check, multiple C Check or heavier check (including structural inspections and a corrosion prevention and control program) recommended for commercial aircraft of the same model as the Aircraft by its manufacturer (however denominated) as set out in the Maintenance Program.
Major Check means a 6Y or 12Y Check or equivalent maintenance check as set out in the Approved Maintenance Program.
Major Check means any of the heavy maintenance visits for which Airframe Maintenance Accruals have been accrued which comprise the Structural Inspection tasks as defined in Section 7 of the MPD, Hard Time Components requiring overhaul at 22,400 Flight Hours (as the same may be revised from time to time in the MPD in respect of any of such items) as defined in Section 6 of the MPD and/or Zonal Inspection and Related Corrosion Prevention and Protection Program requirements as defined in Section 10 of the MPD;
