Class A-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-3".
Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.
Class A-2B Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2B."
Class A-3 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-3 hereto.
Class A-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2".
Class A-4 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-4".
Class A-2B Certificate Any Certificate designated as a "Class A-2B Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
Class A-2 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-2 hereto.

Class A-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-4 hereto.
Class B-3 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-3 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-3 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-3 Certificate.
Class A-2b Notes means the Class A-2b Floating Rate Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2b to the Indenture.
Class B-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-1".
Class A-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class A-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class A-5 Certificate.
Regular Interest A “regular interest” in a REMIC within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Code.
Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class B-4 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class A-3 Component The Component having such designation.
Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".
Class M-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-1 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-1 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.
Class A-2 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $321,750.00, and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-2 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-2 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-2 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).
Class A-2a Notes means the $ Class A-2 % Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.
Class A-3 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-3 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
Class B-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-4 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-4 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-4 Certificate.
Class A-L Regular Interests The Class A-1A-L, Class A-1B-L and Class A-1C-L Regular Interests.
