  • The Loss Mitigation Advisor shall keep in strictest confidence all information relating to this Agreement, including, without limitation, individual account information and other information supplied by or on behalf of the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.01, and that information which may be acquired in connection with or as a result of this Agreement.

  • Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, the Loss Mitigation Advisor shall deliver all records, data, information, and other documents and all copies thereof supplied by or on behalf of the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.01 to the Servicer and such shall remain the property of the Servicer.
