Non-Lead Master Servicer definition

Non-Lead Master Servicer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).
Non-Lead Master Servicer means the “master servicer” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

More Definitions of Non-Lead Master Servicer

Non-Lead Master Servicer means, with respect to Note A-2 and the Note A-2 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note A-2 PSA.
Non-Lead Master Servicer means, with respect to any Non-Lead Note, the “master servicer” under the related PSA (other than the Non-Lead Note that is included in the Lead Securitization).

Non-Lead Master Servicer means (i) from and after the First Securitization (if it is not the Note A-1 Securitization), to the extent any Note has been deposited into a Securitization, the master servicer under such related PSA, and (ii) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization, the master servicer designated under any PSA other than the Note A-1 PSA.
Non-Lead Master Servicer means, (i) with respect to Note A-2, from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the master servicer designated under the Note X-0 XXX, (xx) with respect to Note A-3, the master servicer designated under the Note A-3 PSA, (iii) with respect to Note A-4, the master servicer designated under the Note A-4 PSA and (iv) with respect to Note A-5, the master servicer designated under the Note A-5 PSA.
Non-Lead Master Servicer means (i) from and after such date that Note A-2 and/or Note A-6 are deposited into a Securitization, the master servicers under each of the Note A-2 PSA and Note A-6 PSA, respectively, and (ii) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization, the master servicer designated under the Note A-3 PSA.
