Non-Lead Master Servicer definition

Non-Lead Master Servicer means the applicable “master servicer” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Non-Lead Master Servicer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).

• The Lead Servicer and/or the related Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to any Non-Lead Note and the related Non-Lead Master Servicer and/or the related Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to any Lead Note, any other Non-Lead Note or any Property Advance.

• Each of the Master Servicer, Special Servicer, Non-Lead Master Servicer, Non-Lead Special Servicer and related Trustee is an intended third-party beneficiary of this Agreement.

• Each of the Master Servicer, Non-Lead Master Servicer and related Trustee is an intended third-party beneficiary of this Agreement.

• Except as provided herein, including without limitation, with respect to the Trustee, Certificate Administrator, Master Servicer and Special Servicer and the Non-Lead Master Servicer, Non-Lead Special Servicer or Non-Lead Trustee, none of the provisions of this Agreement shall be for the benefit of or enforceable by any Person not a party hereto.

More Definitions of Non-Lead Master Servicer

Non-Lead Master Servicer means, with respect to Note A-2 and the Note A-2 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note A-2 PSA.

Non-Lead Master Servicer means, with respect to any Non-Lead Note, the “master servicer” under the related PSA (other than the Non-Lead Note that is included in the Lead Securitization).

Non-Lead Master Servicer means (i) from and after such date that Note A-2 and/or Note A-6 are deposited into a Securitization, the master servicers under each of the Note A-2 PSA and Note A-6 PSA, respectively, and (ii) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization, the master servicer designated under the Note A-3 PSA.
