Lock Date definition

Lock Date means, for a New Promotional Product, the day that is * before each Ship Date for that Product, and for a Regular Product or a Special Promotional Product, the day that is * before each Ship Date for that Product.
Lock Date means the date after which an Order may no longer be transacted against or where any Positions related to an Order may no longer be resold.

  • If a player on a team is found to be ineligible after the Roster Lock Date of the event the team is registered for, the team may be allowed to replace the ineligible player with an eligible player, subject to ALGS administration approval.

  • If a player on a team is found to be ineligible prior to the Roster Lock Date of the event the team is registered for and the team has designated a Substitute Player, the ineligible player will be automatically replaced with the Substitute Player.

  • Break Date means [Insert date or dates]1 [or any date falling after that date] [or the day before any Rent Day after that date] [or any [fifth] anniversary of that date] [as specified in the Tenant's formal notice given under Clause 7.1];]2
