The CSM’s role is to support Customer throughout the duration of the Agreement as of the Go-Live Date, to connect Customer with internal PeopleDoc teams as an escalation point, and to monitor the quality of the Services.
Should the Go-Live Date be delayed by more than one (1) month, any Implementation Fee contained in the Order Form and not yet paid will be due on the Go-Live Date initially agreed upon.
