Local Jobs First Policy definition

Local Jobs First Policy means the policy of the Victorian Government made under s 4 of the Local Jobs First Xxx 0000.
Local Jobs First Policy means the policy of the Victorian Government made under section 4 of the Local Jobs First Act 2003 (Vic).
Local Jobs First Policy means the Local Jobs First Policy made pursuant to section 4 of the Local Jobs First Act. Loss means any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense (including legal expenses on a full indemnity basis) of any kind suffered or incurred or agreed to be paid by way of settlement or compromise.

  • Investment Policy means the investment policy from time to time determined by the Commission under the Rules;

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • The Policy means any insurance policy held by the Landlord for the Property or the Fixtures and Fittings.

  • Business Travel Policy means our business travel policy. A copy of our current Business Travel Policy is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit B.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the resettlement policy framework adopted by the Recipient on January 20, 2011, setting forth, inter alia, a brief description of the Project and components for which land acquisition and Resettlement are required, the principles and objectives governing Resettlement preparation and implementation, and a description of the process for preparing and approving site-specific Resettlement Action Plans.

  • Fair Use Policy means the fair use policy governing the Support Services attached in Exhibit 1, as may be amended by WSP from time to time.

  • Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.

  • Acceptable Use Policy means the policy located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/aup (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as it may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Insider Trading Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.

  • Security Policy Framework means the Cabinet Office Security Policy Framework (available from the Cabinet Office Security Policy Division);

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.
