Examples of Local Assistance Monies in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause and upon written notice to the other party, at any time prior to the date on which the State disburses any of the Local Assistance Monies to Grantee.

  • Grantee may not loan, grant, or collateralize the Local Assistance Monies.

  • technical assistance means any technical support related to repairs, development, manufacture, assembly, testing, maintenance, or any other technical service, and may take forms such as instruction, advice, training, transmission of working knowledge or skills or consulting services; including verbal forms of assistance;
