LME Member a Licensee who is also a Ring Dealing Member, Associate Broker Clearing Member, Associate Trade Clearing Member, Associate Broker Member or Associate Trade Member of the LME as such terms are defined in accordance with the LME Rules.

  • PortabilityWhere there is an Event of Default (as defined in the LME rules) in relation to an LME Member, and a client wishes to transfer its positions from an account maintained with the defaulting LME Member to a solvent LME Member, it must notify the Exchange’s clearing house in accordance with the procedures set out by the Exchange’s clearing house from time to time.
