Examples of LifeLock’s Counsel in a sentence

  • This Settlement Agreement, complete with its exhibits, sets forth the sole and entire agreement among the Parties with respect to its subject matter and it may not be altered, amended, or modified except by written instrument executed by Class Counsel and LifeLock’s Counsel.

  • Plaintiffs’ Counsel means Lead Counsel and all other legal counsel who, at the direction and under the supervision of Lead Counsel, performed services on behalf of the Settlement Class in the Action.

  • Quebec Counsel means Siskinds Desmeules s.e.n.c.r.l.

  • Defense Counsel means Xxxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP.
