Borrower’s Counsel definition
Borrower’s Counsel means the firm of Fasken ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP or such other firm or firms of legal counsel as the Borrower may from time to time designate.
Borrower’s Counsel means Burnet, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP or any other barrister or solicitor or firm of barristers and solicitors or other lawyers in an appropriate jurisdiction retained by the Borrower or employed by the Borrower and acceptable to the Agent, acting reasonably;
