Licensed Medical Practitioner” or “LMP means a person who is a physician, nurse practitioner or physician's assistant licensed to practice in the State of Oregon whose training, experience and competence demonstrates the ability to conduct a comprehensive mental health Assessment and provide Medication Management. The Local Mental Health Authority (LMHA) or Contractor must document that the person meets these minimum qualifications.
