License Proceedings definition

License Proceedings means the administrative and/or judicial proceedings described in Annex IV and any other proceeding by or before any Governmental Authority in order to challenge in any matter the granting of the Licenses notified to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 5.2 (a).
