If a Requesting Party provides notice of a referral of a Repurchase Request to an ADR Proceeding, the Depositor shall have at least 30 days to respond to such notice.
Under no circumstances will the Indenture Trustee, in its individual capacity, be liable for any costs, expenses and/or liabilities that could be allocated to the Requesting Party in any ADR Proceeding.
