Licence Sticker definition

Licence Sticker means the stamp or seal issued to an Owner under this by-law;
Licence Sticker means the stamp or seal issued to a Licensee under this By-law; “Licensed” means licensed under this By-law;
Licence Sticker means colored consecutively numbered sticker issued to the Taxicab Owner's indicating the expiry year of the Taxicab Owner’s Licence;

  • Lost, destroyed or defaced Licence Sticker may be replaced by the Issuer of Licences upon the Taxi Owner accounting for the original Sticker to the satisfaction of the Issuer of Licences and, upon payment of the fee for a replacement Licence Sticker as included in the Town’s User Fee By-law, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Upon disposing of a Taxicab licensed under this By-law, the Taxicab Owner shall, within forty-eight (48) hours of such disposal attend at the office of the Issuer of Licences and surrender the Taxicab Plate and the Licence Sticker with respect to such Taxicab.

  • licence means a licence granted under this Act;

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990; S. 3(1) def. of "fish" inserted by No. 40/2002 s. 3(a).

  • network licence means the network licence, as the same is amended from time to time, granted to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited by the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 8 of the Railways Act l993;

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • Authority Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Authority, including software which is, or will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of providing the Services but excluding the Contractor Software.

  • License means any certificate, license, permit or grant of permission required by the laws of this state, its political subdivisions or instrumentalities as a condition for the lawful practice of any occupation, employment, trade, vocation, business, or profession. Provided, however, that "license" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include any license or permit to own, possess, carry, or fire any explosive, pistol, handgun, rifle, shotgun, or other firearm.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • Marketing Authorization means all approvals from the relevant Regulatory Authority necessary to market and sell a Product in any country (including without limitation all applicable pricing and governmental reimbursement approvals even if not legally required to sell Product in a country).

  • Licencee means any Person licensed under this By-law;

  • CE marking means a marking by which the manufacturer indicates that the product is in conformity with the applicable requirements set out in Union harmonisation legislation providing for its affixing;

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Lateral Access Road Licence means a miscellaneous licence granted pursuant to subclause (6)(a)(ii) or subclause (6)(b) as the case may be and according to the requirements of the context describes the area of land from time to time the subject of that licence;
