Lexecon definition

Lexecon means Lexecon, Inc. an independent, nationally-recognized, economics and policy consulting firm with energy industry expertise, which has assisted and will continue to assist in the development of, and will monitor, the RFP solicitation, evaluation and selection process to seek to ensure that the RFP and evaluation process will be objective and impartial.
Lexecon means and include Lexecon and all other entities for whose conduct Lexecon is or may be held responsible under any Environmental Law.
Lexecon means Lexecon, Inc., an Illinois corporation and a Subsidiary of the Company.
