Level 4 Status exists at any date if, at such date (i) the Index Debt is rated either BBB- or higher by S&P or Baa3 or higher by Xxxxx’x and (ii) none of Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxx xx Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxx exists.
Level 4 Status exists at any date if, at such date, (i) the Borrower Indenture Securities are rated BB- or higher by S&P and Ba3 or higher by Moody's and (ii) none of Levex 0 Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxx xxxsts.

  • Level III means a level of detail in the CPM Schedule which is an implementation (control) schedule used to direct the Work by providing schedule parameters to the more detailed implementation level, identify and resolve schedule problems, status progress in terms of Milestones, measure the impact of scope changes and delays, develop recovery plans, and support schedule-related contractual action.
