Borrower Indenture definition

Borrower Indenture the Mortgage and Deed of Trust, dated July 1, 1939, between the Borrower and BNY Midwest Trust Company (as successor to Xxxxxx Trust and Savings Bank), as Trustee, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
