Letters of Undertaking definition

Letters of Undertaking means, collectively, (i) that certain Letter of Understanding Regarding Commodities Purchases and Sales dated April 20, 2000 by and between Richmond Commodities Limited, a Cayman Islands limited liability company and AIFL and (ii) that certain Letter of Understanding Regarding Commodities Purchases and Sales dated February 14, 2002 by and between AIA and Dawnay, Day & Co., Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales.
Letters of Undertaking means, collectively, (i) that certain Letter of Understanding Regarding Commodities Purchases and Sales dated April 20, 2000 by and between Richmond Commodities Limited, a Cayman Islands limited liability company and First Islamic Investment Funding Limited (now known as Arcapita Investment Funding Limited) and (ii) that certain Letter of Understanding Regarding Commodities Purchases and Sales dated February 14, 2002 by and between FIIA Limited (now known as AIA Limited) and Dawnay, Day & Co., Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales.
Letters of Undertaking means, together, each of the two (2) letters of undertaking in the form set out in schedule 9, one executed or (as the context may require) to be executed by each Sponsor in favour of the Lender and each a “Letter of Undertaking”;
