NCLT Order definition

NCLT Order means an order of the Hon’ble NCLT in relation to, amongst other things, the transfer of the Corporate Debtor as a going concern to any successful bidder with the issuance of the Certificate of Sale by the Liquidator.
NCLT Order means all order(s) passed by the NCLT sanctioning the Scheme and includes any orders passed by NCLT or any other Governmental Authority’s order(s) for extension of time or condonation of delay in filing of the requisite forms with the Registrar of Companies in relation to this Scheme, if applicable.
NCLT Order means that certain order issued on February 23, 2018 by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Approval Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to Sections 363 and 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, authorizing and approving, among other things, (a) the sale of the Purchased Assets (b) the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities by Purchaser and (c) the assumption and assignment of the Purchased Contracts, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which will be in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Parties.

  • Entitlement Order shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102 of the UCC.

  • Interim DIP Order means an interim order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the DIP Motion, which order shall be consistent in all material respects with this Agreement and otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Requisite Parties.

  • Written Order means a written order signed by the General Manager or properly authorized representative or agent, mailed to the Contractor at the address designated in the firm's Bid, or to such other address as may be designated in writing as its official place of business.

  • Tariff Order in respect of a licensee means the most recent order issued by the Commission for that licensee indicating the rates to be charged by the licensee from various categories of consumers for supply of electrical energy and services;
