LENGTH OF THE WORKING DAY. Due to the nature of the duties to be performed by the “EMPLOYEE” in connection to its position, same which are considered trust duties, it will distribute his daily working schedule in accordance to the “COMPANY”’s operating requirements.

  • Cost of the Work means costs necessarily incurred by the Construction Manager in the proper performance of the Work. Such costs shall be at rates not higher than those customarily paid at the place of the Project except with prior consent of the Owner.
