Leased Officers are those BCBSUW and/or UWS employees that perform services, as officers of UHI, for UHI. (Leased Officers may also be referred to herein as "Officers").

  • Facility Managers are responsible for liaison with allocated Divisions, ensuring that maintenance and upgrade projects are aligned to Department and Divisional needs.

  • Authorised Officers means an officer of each Partner appointed to be that Partner's representative for the purpose of this Agreement.
