Leaseback Properties definition

Leaseback Properties means the Seattle Leaseback Properties and the Houston Leaseback Properties.

Leaseback Properties means the SpinCo Leaseback Properties and the Moon Leaseback Properties.

More Definitions of Leaseback Properties

Leaseback Properties means those Owned Properties identified as “Owned” and identified as a category “C” Property in the Owned and Leased Properties Spreadsheet, with respect to part of which Keysight is to grant a lease to Agilent.

Leaseback Properties means each of (a) those Owned Properties identified as “Owned” by HP and identified in the “Leaseback Properties” column of the Owned and Leased Properties Spreadsheet, with respect to part of which Enterprise is to grant a lease to HP and (b) those Leased Properties identified as “Leased” by HP and identified in the “Leaseback Properties” column of the Owned and Leased Properties Spreadsheet, with respect to part of which Enterprise is to sublease to HP. Leaseback Properties will be transferred through deed transfer or lease assignment (as applicable) by HP (or its Subsidiaries) to Enterprise (or its Subsidiaries) and a portion of which will then be leased or subleased (as applicable) back to HP (or its Subsidiaries) as of the Go Live Date.

Leaseback Properties means each of (a) those Owned Properties located in the United States identified as "Owned" and listed in the "Leaseback Properties" area of the Colocation Sites Spreadsheet, with respect to part of which Agilent is to grant a lease to HP and (b) those Leased Properties located in the United States identified as "Leased" and listed in the "Leaseback Properties" area of the Colocation Spreadsheet, with respect to part of which Agilent is to grant a sublease to HP.

Leaseback Properties means collectively, the SpinCo Leaseback Properties and the Parent Leaseback Properties.

Leaseback Properties means the Xxxxxxx Leaseback Properties and the Houston Leaseback Properties.

Leaseback Properties means all of the Owned Real Property that is located in Addison, Illinois, Langhorne, Pennsylvania and Garland, Texas and designated as Leaseback Properties in Paragraph B.2 of Section 2.2.1 of the Seller's Disclosure Schedule.

Leaseback Properties means the properties to be leased back from the Purchaser or another member of the Purchaser's Group (including the Companies) to Ergon or another member of the ICI Group, details of which are set out in Part 6 (List of Leaseback Properties) of Schedule 2 (Property Matters);
