Lead−free inspection definition

Lead−free inspection means a lead investigation activ- ity conducted to determine whether a dwelling, dwelling unit, child−occupied facility or other premises qualifies for a certificate of lead−free status.

As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Independent Engineer means XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx or any other third party engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
