Lead Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as Lead Administrative Agent under any of the Loan Documents, or any successor Lead Administrative Agent appointed in accordance with Section 9.06.

  • Regardless of the number of official representatives designated in writing to the Lead Administrative Agent, each Basin government shall be entitled to one vote on all matters requiring group action or direction to the Lead Administrative Agent.

  • All of the Borrower’s obligations under this Article III shall survive termination of the Aggregate Commitments, repayment of all other Obligations hereunder and resignation of the Lead Administrative Agent.
