Laws of Bangladesh definition

Laws of Bangladesh means, in relation to this Agreement, all laws in force in Bangladesh, and includes all rules, regulations, orders, directives, notifications made or issued by any Government Authority with authority over the Company, the Facility or the Project pursuant to or under any such law, and any decree or judicial decision given or pronounced by any court of competent jurisdiction in Bangladesh;
Laws of Bangladesh. – means all laws, statutes, regulations, statutory revision, orders, execution orders decrees, judicial decisions, and notifications of all kinds of Bangladesh, whether of the national, departmental, or municipal levels, issued by any executive, legislative, or administrative entity, as any of them may be amended from time to time, as applicable to this agreement.
Laws of Bangladesh means, the laws of Bangladesh and all orders, rules, regulations, decrees, judgments and notifications made pursuant thereto, as such laws, rules, regulations, decrees, judgments and notifications may be amended from time to time.

  • State of Texas Textravel means the State Travel Management Program through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts website and Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter C, Section 5.22, relative to travel reimbursements under this Contract, if any.

  • Sweden means the Kingdom of Sweden and, when used in a geographical sense, includes the national territory, the territorial sea of Sweden as well as other maritime areas over which Sweden in accordance with international law exercises sovereign rights or jurisdiction;

  • Good Standing means only that as of the date of this opinion the Company is up-to-date with the filing of its annual returns and payment of annual fees with the Registrar of Companies. We have made no enquiries into the Company’s good standing with respect to any filings or payment of fees, or both, that it may be required to make under the laws of the Cayman Islands other than the Companies Act.
